IPv6 capability has been lost. Please use wget+ipv6 instead.
as zh_TW.po is distributed in Big5, we no longer requires iconv hack.

o info file unified again.

o add missing catalogues.
o supress installing zh_TW.BIG5.po. it actually does nothing and seems
integrated with wget distribution.
o I'll maintain this port.
