Hopefully unbreak this port:

. Add many missing dependencies.
. Add patches to get some of the optional components compiling.
. Update packing list to match files in fixed build.
After the port freeze we need to:
. Update to 0.99-4.
. Add make knobs for the optional components.
. Get the remaining optional components compiling.
