* Check for 0 residual df and 0 residual deviance (within rounding) in Anova()
and linearHypothesis() (problem reported by Jonathan Love).
* Fixed model.matrix.lme and model.matrix.gls utility functions, and hence
Anova and vif, respectively, to work with models specified with formulas
supplied as objects (after problem noted by Gang Chen).
* Added Wong data set, used in mixed-models appendix.

Derived from SocksiPy - a Python SOCKS module.
- UDP support
- SocksiPyHandler, courtesy e000, was also added as an example of how
this module can be used with urllib2. See example code in sockshandler.py.
- urllib3, which powers the requests module, is working on integrating SOCKS
proxy support based on this branch

The module support should not have been removed. It caused ports
dependent on sbcl to break during building. Fix partially taken
from PR below:

Now that SBCL is current, there was some cleanup needed. This included:
- MASTER_SITES for bootstrap compilers did not resolve
- Replaced with LOCAL/marino
- FreeBSD 7 not supported anymore
- removed references from distinfo and bootstrap list
- contrib modules not supported anymore, removed references
- removed -pthread change
- Added support for x86-64-dragonfly
- simplified docs handling (remove condition DISTFILE for docs)
- unmasked build target commands
- moved cleanup of patching to post-patch target
- general aesthetic cleanup
No revbump needed.
