8dff0035ae Update to version 1.5.7.1, which removes the pgp code, uses
autoconf 2.5.2d to hopefully prevent segfaults on FreeBSD,
and changes the samples and documentation slightly.

546041ba31 As threatened on freebsd-ports: all startup scripts know about the two
options `start' and `stop' now (unless I have forgotten any). This allows
us to call the scripts from /etc/rc.shutdown with the correct option.

The (42 or so) ports that already DTRT before are unchanged.

FWIW, checkout of these things took 5+hrs, staying on the local

6470b4dc9c tcp_wrapper is now converted to ELF. While I'm here, fix smail Makefile:
libwrap is a shared library so it should be LIB_DEPENDS, and delete
some spaces and tab-only lines.
