Change the .info files so that it is possible to do info i386-rtems-ld and
get the ld info page for the port and no the system ld info page.

Update to the latest set of binutils from the RTEMS project, version
2.13 . The rest of the tools are on the way.

prevent "extra files" with the other RTEMS ports.
