Make the cdrecord portion of cdrtools compile. 5-CURRENT defines
...
_POSIX_MEMLOCK, which was causing cdrecord to think that mlockall(2)
was available. Of course the real solution is to not define
_POSIX_MEMLOCK until this is true.

Make cdrecord build on alpha (at least).

It compiled fine on beast.freebsd.org. But I couldn't really test
it there. So some feedback from alpha people would be great.
