Once everything is finally installed set the JAVA_HOME 
variable to ${LOCALBASE}/jdk and run the Tomcat
server. The JetSpeed portal war file is copied to 
${LOCALBASE}/apache-tomcat4.1/webapps, where tomcat resides.
