- trim Makefile header
- remove leading article from COMMENT
- all the build dependencies are, actually, run dependencies (install_requires
in setup.py)
- remove unconditional dependency on py-argparse (only needed for python2.6
and 3.1, that are deprecated and will gone soon)
- limit python version to 2.x only
- remove temporary *.py~ files in all directories
- remove BROKEN for sparc64, let's see if this still the issue
- update WWW to avoid redirection
