Tobias C. Berner ca3f925d6e framework: convert bsd.gstreamer.mk to Uses/gstreamer.mk
- convert bsd.gstreamer.mk to Uses/gstreamer.mk
- convert ports tree to make use of USES=gstreamer
- remove duplicate dependency lines from the tree
