Fix package name conflict with py-gobject.
Use new lib_depend syntax.
USE_GMAKE => USES=gmake
BUILD/RUN_DEPENDS=gobject-introspection -> USE_GNOME=introspection.
Restrict python version to -2.7 [1]
Enable stage support.
