(a copy of %%PREFIX%%/etc/oops/oops.cfg.sample) as well as

other files in %%PREFIX%%/etc/oops before running oops.

If you use storages, do not forget to format them before

the first use (oops -z -c %%PREFIX%%/etc/oops/oops.cfg).
