Jing-Tang Keith Jang 13642df867 New port: vflib 
VFlib is a vector font library, which can use TrueType,
Zeit, JG, and BDF fonts.  This version supports both
BIG5/GB encoded fonts.

The original patch was made by Chinese Turbo Linux, and
Chih-Wei Huang <cwhuang@linux.org.tw> added the BIG5 Eten
extension.
