According to http://www.netlib.org/lapack/lapack-3.1.0.changes > The interfaces to primary computational routines are fixed and > will not be changed by minor LAPACK versions (e.g. 3.x). > Primary routines are those prefixed by a precision and matrix > type like SGERFS, CUNMQR, ZHEGV, etc., and these interfaces > will remain the same for all LAPACK version 3 versions.
