Commit b7f05445c0 has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

This is a replacement for the "ebsnvme-id" tool in Amazon Linux, with

the addition of handling for Instance Store disks and devd+rc.d scripts

for maintaining a /dev/aws/disk/ hierarchy of useful symlinks.
