metaf2xml parses aviation routine weather reports (METAR, SPECI),

|
aerodrome forecasts (TAF), and synoptic observations (SYNOP) and
|
|
stores the components in XML. They can then be converted to plain
|
|
language (text, HTML), or XML with different schemas.
