devel/cvsps to be at the same version as cvsps-devel. cvsps-devel is unmaintained and not likely to be updated to the unstable version anytime soon. The only port left which has a dependency on cvsps-devel is devel/horde-chora. With the update to devel/cvsps devel/horde-chora can be switched over to the maintained version of cvsps.
