Drop the dependency on metakit, and add dependencies on PyRTF and pysqlite21. Hopefully this can put an end to the utter nonsense whereby this port was marked BROKEN because its build caused a file within ${PYTHON_SITELIBDIR} to get byte-compiled. There was no really graceful way to handle it, and now I can just let the next poor shmuck whose port depends on py-metakit deal with that dilemma.
