Commit b7f05445c0 has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Ideally, tests reliably pass or fail, but sometimes test fixtures must rely on

|
components that aren't 100% reliable.
|
|
|
|
With flaky, instead of removing those tests or marking them to skip, they can
|
|
be automatically retried.
