* ShowFun gives a Typeable-dependent instance for showing
functions as their type.
* ShowIO does the same for IO actions.
* ShowQ adds SmallCheck & QuickCheck support.
* SimpleReflect allows us to literally see how functions
'expand', through appropriate Show magic.
