MIHIRA Sanpei Yoshiro d0d5a9f83f use INFO_PATH
Obtainde from NetBSD
  - Enable termcap.  Chack tputs() after -ltermcap is detected (configure*).
  - Use mkstemp() instead of tmpnam(), for safety.
