WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Mimir is a library used by the Elan programming language for the

tree and intermediate code.

Its usage is not restricted to the Elan programming language itself

though.
