Sunpoet Po-Chuan Hsieh ad2440d04f Remove outdated PORTSCOUT ... It was added to specify Search::Xapian 1.2 branch for Xapian 1.2.*. However, as time goes by, upstream does not have any plan for Search::Xapian 1.4 branch.
