Commit b7f05445c0 has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

This is Tk version 8.7, a GUI toolkit for Tcl.

Tk is a graphical user interface toolkit that takes developing desktop

applications to a higher level than conventional approaches. Tk is the

standard GUI not only for Tcl, but for many other dynamic languages, and can
