John Marino e560696f79 mail/drac: Nope, it's still not jobs safe ... The referenced PR removed the NOT_JOBS_SAFE designation introduced by r329631 without an explanation from the submitter. How do I know this? Because it promptly broke on the very next bulk run. This port simply requires a serial -j1 build. I can reproduce spurious failures in Redports as well.
