%%PREFIX%%/lib/jabber/users-agent/createDB. You will find instructions

to use it on %%DOCSDIR%%/INSTALL.

After create the database, configure host, username and password
|
|
to access it on %%PREFIX%%/etc/jabber-users-agent.xml.
