- force iftop to use its netdb_1thread resolver, instead of the buggy "fork"
one which leaves 2 processes (holding /dev/bpf?) after exiting
- remove a stale entry from MASTER_SITES
- change comment and description to match iftop.spec
- pass maintainership to submitter
Moreover:
- fix the packing list when NOPORTDOCS is defined
- unsilence the install
- polish the Makefile
