Jeremy Messenger b6214e24cd Add install a missing nsprc.pc, we will need it when we use mi's firefox
patch and thunderbird changes. Took half patches from:

	https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=290726

Bump the PORTREVISION.
