. add PLIST_FILES and MAN8;
. remove pkg-plist (4 lines);
. do not hard code gcc at the source Makefile, build with the
default compiler and allow a compiler to be redefined;
. the same for CFLAGS;
. make use SUB_FILES=pkg-message and enhance pkg-message.
