Hajimu UMEMOTO 26d924929a - add saslauthd_runpath option to change run path which is specified ... by -m option of saslauthd. since this option affects a location of a pidfile, we need to separate it from saslauthd_flags.[1] - change the default of saslauthd_enable to NO as other potrs do.
