The port bogusly relied on build-time detection of PGP-type programs. This was unneeded since exmh is smart enough to do run-time detection of various PGP versions. Fix this so PGP-type programs installed after exmh will be recognized correctly. [1] Add patch to fix a bug in exmh where threading cleared the unseen sequence.
