shared libraries into ${PREFIX}/lib thus making 000.elm.sh unneeded.
Add patches, that allow warning-free compilation.
Add a patch, that removes the delay on every "metamail not needed"
notification.
Change scripts/pre-configure to allow use of nl_langinfo().
