Alexander Leidinger aec1848380 When trying to link dynamic libraries with dependancies, e.g:
icc -shared -o libfoo.so foo.o -lbaz

the ld wrapper gets confused and thinks that a static link is intended
and the link fails. This patch appears to fix things.
