- trim Makefile header
- remove indefinite article from COMMENT
- limit python version to 2.x (print/except)
- convert to optionsng (NOPORTDOCS case)
- cleanup pkg-descr
This is good candidate for removal since this package isn't updated anymore and
we have native csv parser/writer in every python version available from ports.
