Jun Kuriyama c21b0af0b5 - Install example scripts.
- Add $pgpool_flags, $pgpool_looger, $pgpool_logger_pri variables for
  /etc/rc.conf.
- Add a patch (already submitted to upstream) to improve diag messages.
