Anton Berezin 94c2da6051 Under certain conditions (perl Makefile.PL used directly or by proxy, ... without PERL_CONFIGURE trickery), the interaction of 5.8.1's MakeMaker and BSDPAN can lead to parts of perl-using ports to be installed to /lib, which is bad.
