Commit b7f05445c0 has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

This module provides functions to quote/dequote strings in "xml"-way.

All functions are written in XS and are very fast; they correctly process

utf8, tied, overloaded variables and all the rest of perl "magic".
