Alan Eldridge 346fc6d89a Added WANT_AUTO{CONF,MAKE}_VER, which set up all the variables as in USE_*, ... but do not cause the program to be executed prior to configure step. This is done to accomodate a couple of rather odd ports. Basically, this amounts to redefining USE_*_VER in terms of USE_*, WANT_*_VER. It's pretty gross, but it works.
