Sergei Kolobov 51b1b372f9 - Update to 1.2.48 ... Versions prior to 1.2.46 contain a serious packet flood bug, as indicated in the changelog: "Fix infinite packet flood from DCC clients including dccproc observed by Benji Spencer, Clive Cleland, and Andrew Kent. I introduced this serious bug with the WIN32 changes in 1.2.33." This update resolves the issue. Updating is strongly recommended for any users currently using this port and paying for their traffic by the byte.
