Steve Wills 2727adb975 - Update to 0.9.4.1
- Fix build with clang on HEAD and 10
- Support StageDir
- Normalize COMMENT
- Add USE_OPENSSL and remove OpenSSL from DISTFILES
- Use clang as the default compiler
- Make portlint happy
- Sync Makefile style with www/chromium
