Sergei Kolobov dfcbc36755 - add two patches from squid-cache.org
- synchronize as much as possible with www/squid
- add SQUID_{U,G}ID and SQUID_LANGUAGE tunables
- utilize OPTIONS, PLIST_FILES, PLIST_DIRS, and USE_SIZE
- add a patch to make the LDAP helper at least compile
- add NO_LATEST_LINK and mark the port DEPRECATED
- bump PORTREVISION
