Michael Nottebrock 9b4688947e Change PKGNAME of devel/qmake4 to qt4-qmake, bringing it in line with
the rest of the qt4 ports and avoiding dependency resolution troubles
if devel/qmake is installed on the same system.

While here, change NOMAN to NO_MAN in Makefile.bsd.
