Jason E. Hale 30216fb40c - Convert USE_BZIP2 to USES
- Fix LIB_DEPENDS assignment (doesn't affect final run-depends-list,
  so no PORTREVISION bump)
- Sort LICENSE variables to satisfy portlint(1)
