plugin use Redcarpet which is GitHub's markdown wiki formatter. Redcarpet is extreme fast and compatible GitHub's Wiki. They are advantage from Redmine Markdown Formatter and Redmine Markdown Extra Formatter. This code is originally Redmine Markdown Formatter and Redmine reStructuredtext Formatter.
