Alexey Dokuchaev dcf07f09d3 - Update to version 0.6.0, which has support for new iPod Classics and Nano
Videos, and also preliminary support for the iPhone and the iPod Touch
- Stop messing with things at extract stage, do it during patching instead
- Fix configure warnings (weak test(1) syntax)
- Clarify and expand Makefile comments
