freebsd-ports/textproc/p5-XML-LibXML/Makefile
Adam Weinberger 26f58ed1c0 After r390893, chmod u+w/u-w for stripping perl XS modules is unnecessary,
and in fact now leads to incorrect permissions.

Remove all instances of it from perl@ ports.
