freebsd-ports/editors/nvi-devel/Makefile
Wesley Shields ff2fd52d0d Change to installing binaries with 'n' prefix as to not conflict with
editors/2bsd-vi. It does, however, now conflict with editors/nvi-m17n.

Remove dead MASTER_SITES.

Remove unnecessary RELENG_4 hack.
