xfs: introduce xfs_bulkstat_ag_ichunk
Introduce xfs_bulkstat_ag_ichunk() to process inodes in chunk with a pointer to a formatter function that will iget the inode and fill in the appropriate structure. Refactor xfs_bulkstat() with it.
