tracing/uprobe: Fix obsolete comment on trace_uprobe_create()

("tracing/uprobes: Use dyn_event framework for
uprobe events") cleaned up the usage of trace_uprobe_create(), and the
function has been no longer used for removing uprobe/uretprobe.
