iwlwifi: kill iwl3945_scan_cancel and iwl3945_scan_cancel_timeout
This patch removes iwl3945_scan_cancel and iwl3945_scan_cancel_timeout because iwl_scan_cancel iwl_scan_cancel_timeout are just same.
