drm/i915/chv: Add some workaround notes

We implement the following workarounds:
* WaDisableAsyncFlipPerfMode:chv
* WaProgramMiArbOnOffAroundMiSetContext:chv

v2: Drop WaDisableSemaphoreAndSyncFlipWait note
